The Institutional Impact Indicator (III) is one of the main outcome of a methodology for evaluating the impact of institutional capacity building, based on the estimation of an Integral Impact Indicator (III) associated with Efficiency, Effectiveness and Equality. It was developed by a team of the University of Cuyo, School of Economics, Mendoza, Argentina, under a project sponsored by IADB. The methodology proposes to consider an Indicator that summarizes the effects predicted and emergent, wished and not wished that all intervention can have on the Efficiency, Effectiveness and Equality of the organization.

Allows three dimensions "compete" in their contribution to the integral indicator
Admits multiplicity of partial evaluations according to diverse success criteria
