HR M3 Model

The objective of this Linear Programming Model is to assign Participants to Positions (one staff per position) at the maximum aggregated level of "group satisfaction" (weighted preference).  Assignment of participant ( i ) to position ( j ), is guide by its contribution to a weighted factor ( Wi,j) , as well as the following conditions:
                       o staff years in position
                       o selected preference (rank)
o group classification (mandatory or voluntary)
                       o job family affinity

Key Benefits

Use of individual preferences to optimize overall satisfaction
All participants allocated to unique positions
Allow managers' trade-off analysis between alternative participants
